Filing a Concern

To file a concern related to safety, health, quality, security, the environment, fraud, waste, abuse, or corruption you may do any of the following:

• Visit the ECP office at 2620 Fermi Ave., room C104, and state your concern in person.
  
  
• Write your concern on a Notice of Employee Concern Form (WCH-ECP-001) and mail it to the ECP manager, H4-18.
  
  
• Submit your concern online to the ECP office. Available soon!
  
  
• Call the ECP manager or your EC representative (see below).
  
  
• Call the ECP 24-hour Hotline (509-372-9542).
  
  
• Call or visit the DOE-SCO office at 825 Jadwin, Suite 160 (376-0000).
